April 22, 2014"Black Heart Rebellion", a new song from Finnish melodic death metallers INSOMNIUM, can be streamed using the SoundCloud widget below. The track is taken from the band's sixth studio album, "Shadows Of The Dying Sun", which will be released on April 28 in Europe and on April 29 in North America via Century Media Records. All the drums were recorded at studio SF Sound with Kimmo Perkkiö while the rest of the instruments were laid down at studio Korkeakoski with Teemu Aalto. André Alvinzi of Fascination Street Studios took care of the mix, with Svante Forsbäck at Chartmakers overseeing the mastering. The artwork was once again created by Wille Naukkarinen.
Stated INSOMNIUM bassist/vocalist Niilo Sevänen: "'Black Heart Rebellion' is maybe the most brutal song we have ever done. Violent, epic and massive are the words that come to mind when describing the atmosphere here. Surely this is something different for us, and personally one of my favourite songs on the album!"
